水難救助隊「ベイウォッチ」を率いるミッチ・ブキャナンは、元オリンピックメダリストの生意気な新人マットに手を焼いていた。ある日、小型船が炎上しているとの情報が入り救出に向かった一同は、船内で不審な遺体を発見する。乗船者が覚醒剤を所持していたことから、犯罪組織の関わりを疑うミッチらは、クラブオーナーのヴィクトリアのパーティーへの潜入捜査に向かう。ビーチの平和を取り戻すため、ライフガードたちの壮絶バトルが始まる。
