ロンドン市内で警官ばかりを狙う連続殺人事件が発生。正義感が強いあまり、犯罪者に対し手荒な制裁も辞さない熱血刑事ブラント（ジェイソン・ステイサム）を追う新聞記者はある情報を入手するが、その情報提供者ワイス（アイダン・ギレン）こそが殺人鬼、通称ブリッツであることを知る。ブラントの師や同僚たちを次々と手に掛けたワイスの最終的な標的は、ブラントだった……。
