Na de grote nucleaire oorlog valt de mensheid uiteen in twee grote groepen: de slechte Euraks en de rebellen van de Federation. Op een dag wordt een huurling namens Parsifal door de Federation ingehuurd om het door de Euraks bezette New York binnen te dringen en daar de laatste vruchtbare vrouw op aarde te ontvoeren.
